At Multi Homes Aluminium we Specialise in Breaking-out of existing timber or steel windows, fixtures and/or doors, to replace them with Superior Aluminium Products instead. We pride ourselves at the quality of our products and it is important to note the following:

Curtains/Blinds

Curtains and/or blinds must be removed by the customer before we can remove & fit the new aluminium window, fixture or door. The responsibility to replace any curtains and/or blinds after we have completed our installation lies with the customer.

Tiles

Every care is taken to avoid damage or breakage to tiles but in the unlikely event of damage or breakage to tiles we can not be held responsible to replace or repair the damaged or broken tiles.

Plaster

Plaster repairs will only be done where existing plaster was damaged during the installation. We do not rebuild/repair walls in a bad/poor condition if damages occur during the installation.

Painting

Painting will be the responsibility of the customer and must be done as soon as possible after installation for protection against the elements, it is also necessary if any sealing is required.

Sealing

Exterior ONLY silicone sealing of the windows, fixtures and/or doors will be the responsibility of Multi Homes Aluminium.

Burglar alarms

Burglar alarm contacts and/or censors must be removed by the customer before we can remove & fit the new aluminium window, fixture or door. The responsibility to replace any contacts and/or censors after we have completed our installation lies with the customer.

Burglar Bars

We can assist with removing burglar bars and/or replacing existing burglar bars if it is compatible with our aluminium windows, fixtures or doors, for an additional charge.

General

It is the customers' responsibility to ensure that there is adequate cleared interior & exterior working space to do the installation. We will ensure minimum damage to brick work/walls by disassembling the timber/steel frames for removal. These frames will be removed from the site unless specifically instructed to do otherwise..
